Bath Jazz Weekend 2026

The Bath Jazz Weekend run by Nod Knowles for All of the Above Promotions has lifted the dead days of early January for a few years now, but Nod has really excelled himself for the next one.

As usual it’s a clever combination of the best players/groups from here and roundabout, old friends from further afield and one or two bonus appearances from overseas visitors.

As you may know this mini-festival, in the congenial Widcombe Social Club, is run co-operatively with everyone taking equal shares. I don’t imagine they are ever very big, but the chance to play to a full room of proper listeners is not to be sneezed at in the slow days in early January.
